Hi, I am Tracey Harper...Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Fitness Coach.
My mission is to help women take back their lives and feel their best without food guilt and restriction. How can I help? Well first of all, I know what you are going through. For many years, I struggled with disordered eating and overexercising. I felt like all I thought about was food and my next workout. Luckily, I found the principles of intuitive eating and went on the journey of healing my relationship with food and my body.
